Buying a home is overwhelming. What exactly should we be worried about on that inspection report? How can we make this home actually fit our lifestyle? Our team will come with you on your walk-thru’s to help advise on any possible problem area’s, design dreams, and the reality of what it takes to make a house a home. While realtors walk you through the sales process, we walk you through intent design and rehab through the sale to the finished product.

We’ve done enough blue-tape walk throughs to know exactly what home buyers and inspectors will be looking for. We will provide recommendations for pre-sale work and can even handle all recommended items in-house to get your home ready to show.
